Boston Bruins Can’t Win With Tuukka Rask In Net

The Boston Bruins had their four game win streak snapped the other night. Tuukka Rask was in net after not playing the last few games and they lost 4-2 to Edmonton. Rask stopped 32 of 35 shots in the loss. The Bruins however only had 11 shots on net in the first 40 minutes of play.

David Pastrnak scored his 12th goal of the season in the loss Sunday night. The Bruins are now 10-8-4 on the season. In the third period the Bruins outshot the Oilers 14-9 but a go ahead goal by Ryan Strome. The Boston Bruins play Wednesday against the Tampa Bay Lightning.

As for Tuuka Rask he is being paid $7 million a year and really not playing up to his contract. Looks like the Bruins need to draft a goalie in the NHL Draft. This may be Tuuka Rask’ s last season with the Bruins.
