Though it’s the Wizards coming to town for the second night of a back-to-back, it is the Celtics who, despite having two days off, will be wildly short-handed.
Horford, who appears to still be under the weather, joins fellow regular starters Kyrie Irving (left knee soreness) and Jaylen Brown (concussion) as definite no-goes against the Wizards. Also out are Daniel Theis, Marcus Smart and, of course, Gordon Hayward.
Another starter, Jayson Tatum was listed as probable just after noon with lower back tightness.
