This series has been dead even. Here are the odds for Monday night&#8217;s game five:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Boston Celtics vs. Golden State Warriors Game Five Odds<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Spread:<\/strong> Warriors -3.5<\/p>\n<p><strong>Moneyline:<\/strong> Warriors -170\/Celtics +150<\/p>\n<p><strong>Total: <\/strong>212.5<\/p>\n<h3>Storylines<\/h3>\n<p>If Jayson Tatum could be even\u00a0<em>slightly<\/em> more efficient shooting the basketball, this series could be wrapping up on Monday night. The Celtics star is shooting just 33% during the Finals, and is averaging four turnovers a game. This guy is supposed to be your leader &#8211; and he&#8217;s yet to be that thus far.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"What Is Wrong With Jayson Tatum?\" width=\"788\" height=\"443\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/F8rQg6nI5r8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The key to the Celtics winning is actually fairly simple. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/bostonsportsinf\/status\/1535580259340500994?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw%7Ctwcamp%5Etweetembed%7Ctwterm%5E1535580259340500994%7Ctwgr%5E%7Ctwcon%5Es1_c10&amp;ref_url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.clnsmedia.com%2Fwp-admin%2Fpost.php%3Fpost%3D105663action%3Dedit\">According to @BostonSportsInf on Twitter<\/a>, Boston is 14-2 this postseason when they commit 15 turnovers or less, and 0-6 when they commit 16 or more.<\/p>\n<p>They had 16 turnovers on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>From a Warriors perspective &#8211; this team would be nowhere without Steph Curry. He is by far the best player in this series, and he&#8217;s showing that night in and night out. Here&#8217;s what I wrote about Curry in my <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clnsmedia.com\/top-5-mvp-candidates-as-the-nba-finals-moves-to-a-best-of-three-series\/\">Updated Finals MVP Rankings<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>It\u2019s looking more and more like the Golden State Warriors are going to win the NBA title, and it is\u00a0all\u00a0because of Steph Curry.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>He\u2019s scoring 34 points per game in the Finals, and he\u2019s burying three-pointers like it\u2019s no ones business. Look at this shot from the 2x league MVP on Friday night to tie the game at 73:<\/em><\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 788px;\" class=\"wp-video\"><video class=\"wp-video-shortcode\" id=\"video-105663-1\" width=\"788\" height=\"443\" preload=\"metadata\" controls=\"controls\"><source type=\"video\/mp4\" src=\"https:\/\/www.clnsmedia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/V-hEl9HmDSDzWXS.mp4?_=1\" \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.clnsmedia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/V-hEl9HmDSDzWXS.mp4\">https:\/\/www.clnsmedia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/06\/V-hEl9HmDSDzWXS.mp4<\/a><\/video><\/div>\n<p><em>A stone cold killer is what he is.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In fact \u2013 Curry has been so dominant thus far that I truly feel that he could win the MVP even if the Warriors lose. The last person to do so? Jerry West in 1969. It could be time to change the logo soon\u2026<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I thought letting Curry get his and containing everyone else could be a successful recipe for Boston during the Finals &#8211; but that doesn&#8217;t seem to be the case.<\/p>\n<h3>Prediction<\/h3>\n<p>Both the Celtics and Jayson Tatum have been tremendous off of a loss this postseason. They&#8217;re 7-0, and he&#8217;s scoring 30 points per game.
