Barack Obama is taking a long time to endorse a candidate.\u00a0 <\/span>Many Democratic insiders are conveying that he is waiting for the most opportune time when the endorsement would carry the most weight<\/a> and provide the biggest boost for a candidate who\u2019d certainly need it.<\/p>\n

Joe Biden would certainly need it.<\/p>\n

Obama\u2019s lengthy silence has been a given.\u00a0 <\/span>He promised, without promising, not to endorse a candidate during the Democratic primary season.\u00a0 <\/span>And he didn\u2019t.\u00a0 <\/span>Although, he was certainly very active \u2014 being on the phone with numerous candidates right before they dropped out (Confirmed: Pete Buttigieg, Amy Klobuchar<\/a>, and Bernie Sanders<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

Now also would not be the most opportune time as well to endorse a candidate.<\/p>\n

It would, at best, be considered tasteless.\u00a0 <\/span>*cough* Coronavirus<\/p>\n

It would, at worst, get whitewashed by the Coronavirus during the news cycle, anyways.\u00a0 <\/span>So it goes without saying, Obama and the DNC won\u2019t waste the one bullet Biden may have.<\/p>\n

Biden truly does seem to be on his last legs (or neurotransmitters to be more precise) and the right-wing continues to have an absolute field day.<\/p>\n
