The Patriots will reportedly lose a 2021 3rd round pick and have been fined $1.1 million. The team has also been banned from sending any film crews to shoot any game during the 2020 season.
The team claimed that the filming in question was done by a Kraft Sports Production freelancer for a docu-series— and that the team had nothing to do with it.
