The only relevant polling agency to venture into #AZ08 — Emerson Polling nails another Special Election
Debbie Lesko and the Republicans have held off Hiral Tipirneni and the Democratic blue wave in Arizona. But that’s not the story.
Emerson Polling — the nation’s most accurate poll — has perfectly pinpointed yet another Congressional Special Election.
Emerson Polling was the only relevant national polling agency which surveyed #AZ08. After reporting last week that Tipirneni had stunned the political world and was in a virtual tie with the Republicans with a week-to-go, all eyes were on the Boston-based polling agency.
Already the most accurate collegiate polling agency for the 2016 Election, Emerson Polling was riding high following a precise prediction this past March in Conor Lamb’s one-point victory in the 18th district of Pennsylvania.
Emerson released the final poll of the #AZ08 race just hours before the polls opened. The findings provided by Emerson College Professor Spencer Kimball had Republican Debbie Lesko opening a six-point lead.
Last night, Lesko would go on to win by…six points.
Emerson Polling will survey and analyze virtually every single national and many local electoral races during the all-important 2018 mid-terms.
