    The Boston Celtics dropped their second straight game at the hands of the Philadelphia 76ers last night 89-80. Kyrie Irving was held out of this contest with shoulder soreness, and it showed as the C’s struggled on offense.

    The Celtics plan to sign forward Jarell Eddie to a 10-day contract according to The Vertical. Eddie last played with the Phoenix Suns before landing in Boston.

    Kyrie Irving was named a starter for this year’s NBA All-Star Game in LA. LeBron James and Steph Curry were both named as captains for this years draft format, with James holding the first pick.
