Previewing the SEC, AAC and Pac-12 Tournaments

A big time preview show today as Reags is joined by Sam Vecenie of the Athletic, Bearcat Journal’s Chad Brendel and Aaron Torres of the Athletic and KSR. It’s conference tournament week, so what else would they all be talking about besides previewing the tournaments this week.

Vecenie starts the show to talk about the Pac-12. Is Arizona State really in danger of missing the NCAA Tournament? Who is the one team that you should keep an eye on as a possible bubble team that we aren’t talking about and what to make of Arizona. The Wildcats of course have been one of the more intriguing teams this year. Between the FBI investigation, ESPN reports, conflicting reports, Allonzo Trier being suspended and then having the potential No. 1 pick in Deandre Ayton, the Wildcats are must-watch TV.

After that, Brendel joins the show to talk about the Cincinnati/Wichita State game from Sunday before getting into the AAC Tournament. Who would be matchups in the NCAA Tournament that Wichita/Cincinnati would and wouldn’t want to see? They also discuss about what was so important about the Wichita vs Cincinnati game on Sunday. The fact that the AAC had a stand alone game for a conference championship and was able to get an outright champion was huge for the league.

Finally, Aaron joins Reags to talk about the SEC Tournament, which is arguably the most wide open conference tournament this year. Plus, will Michael Porter Jr., actually play? Aaron also makes sure to spend some time to talk about Kentucky and why people shouldn’t be writing the Wildcats off just yet.

More importantly, we have previews for every single tournament.
