FOXBORO — The three-time Super Bowl champion punter, Ryan Allen, was released by the Patriots on Monday. This comes after rookie punter Jake Bailey has been performing consistently well throughout the preseason. There’s no denying that Bailey has the bigger leg and his hang times are often over five seconds. Also, Bailey comes at a cheaper price.

Sierra Goodwill and Alex Barth discuss whether they went with Bailey over Allen because they believe he’s the better player or because it was the better business decision.
