The New England Patriots used their first pick of the 2020 NFL Draft to select safety Kyle Dugger at No. 37 overall. Dugger went to Lenoir-Rhyne, a Division II school in North Carolina, where he was the DII Player of the Year in 2019. While this selection came as a slight shock, Dugger’s incredibly impressive NFL Combine is what attracted Bill Belichick.
