Sierra Goodwill and Evan Lazar discuss the Duron Harmon trade to the Lions and Ted Karras signing with the Dolphins.

Former New England Patriots coaches continue to scoop up Bill Belichick’s players. On Wednesday afternoon, veteran safety Duron Harmon was traded to the Detroit Lions. Harmon was a leader in the locker room who helped instill the Patriots culture.

Free agent center Ted Karras signed a one-year, $4 million deal with the Miami Dolphins. Karras was a backup to David Andrews his first three seasons and was able to start in 2019 due to Andrews being placed on injured reserve. The Dolphins have the starting role all lined up for Karras.
