TD Garden, Boston, Mass. – Romeo Langford was interviewed after the Celtics’ pregame shootaround ahead of their matchup vs the Minnesota Timberwolves.
Langford talked in detail about his experience with COVID, and what his experience has been like whilst recovering. “The three weeks suffering from COVID, it was tough,” said the second-year player. He also noted that his legs felt “like Jell-O” for a while.
He also commented on the work he has put in to improve his jump shot this year. “I’ve put in so much time, effort, hours, that shooting just feels natural… I’m getting back to my old self in high school when I was shooting really good.” Langford is 3-6 on three-pointers so far this season.
Langford also discussed some of the mistakes he’s been making since returning to the court. He said one of the main issues is “some of the decision making when I do catch it on the run.”
