There’s no real comparison between the 2008 and 2018 Celtics.  Not yet at least.  But there are some similarities between the current Green team and what they can become when fully healthy and the one that helped raise banner 17 back in 2008.

Granted this one is without Kyrie Irving AND Gordon Hayward so any chance to assess how good the current Big-3 could be lasted only a few minutes on opening night.

But a funny thing has happened to the C’s since Kyrie Irving went down for the year.  A new Big 3 formed right before our eyes.  Is that even possible?  To have TWO Big 3s on one team?

Check out the Garden Report as the gang tosses around the similarities between the 2008 and 2018 Celtics and how they are uniquely different.
