Drew Butler and Nick Bahe of Betonline.ag take a look at one of the premiere Sweet 16 matchups coming up this weekend – #11 Syracuse vs. #2 Houston. Betonline.ag has Houston as -6 favorites, including -260 on the moneyline. The over for this game has been set at 140.

The Orange won in upset fashion in their first two rounds of the tournament. First, they breezed by #6 San Diego State, winning by 16. The second round was a bit closer, though, as they just squeaked by #3 West Virginia, winning 75-72.

The Cougars have had a similar path to the Orange in terms of game scores. They handled their first-round matchup, #15 Cleveland State, with ease, winning by a whopping 31 points. Things got tight in the second round, though. A steal and a string of free throws helped seal a 63-60 win over #10 Rutgers.

“I’m riding with Buddy Boeheim and the Syracuse Orange,” says Drew. Thus far, Boeheim has been lights out for the Orange, averaging 27.5 points on 57% shooting from deep. Drew has them covering the six-point spread over the Cougars.

Nick, on the other hand, thinks that Houston will cover on their end. “I think they get to that offensive glass, get second-chance points,” says Nick. The Cougars are also very good at defending the three, which Syracuse’s offense excels at. Nick’s going with the spread in favor of Houston.

This one could go down to the wire, so be sure to place all your bets now at Betonline.ag! March Madness is the perfect time to make some bets and root for your favorite teams.
