Celtics Sneak Past Grizzlies 109-106

The Celtics continued their road trip as they take on the Memphis Grizzlies on Monday night. Al Horford made his return to the Celtics rotation, but center Luke Kornet remained out due to personal reasons as the team faced arguably their toughest matchup of the season from the Ja Morant-led Grizzlies.

The game was very physical, and every time Boston would begin to separate themselves, Memphis would find countermeasures and exploit whatever weaknesses they could get their hands on. With both teams missing their top rebounders in Steve Adams and Robert Williams, the Celtics and Grizzlies had to outhustle one another for every loose board.

Despite the Grizzlies incredible offensive capabilities, Boston pulled off a 109-106 victory, as Boston rises to 7-3 on the season.
