Bam Adebayo scored consistently throughout, while veteran newcomer Trevor Ariza had a throwback performance against the lagging Celtics defense. Boston now sits two games behind Miami for the six seed ahead of Tuesday while the Hornets near them for seven, with the play in tournament looking nearly inevitable.
