Digital Compliance Coordinator

North Station Media is a boutique digital ad agency for YouTube, Influencers and podcasts, representing some of the strongest sports voices in the country. CLNS Media is our original content arm, covering the Celtics, Patriots, Bruins, and Red Sox with credentialed reporters, insider access, and a passionate Boston fanbase.
The Role:
We are seeking a Digital Compliance Coordinator to support campaign quality and sponsor standards across our podcast and digital advertising network. You will work closely with Sales and Editorial to ensure accurate trafficking, documentation, and timely execution.
Your Mission:
- Ensure sponsor copy compliance and timely distribution across the network.
- Own campaign setup and documentation from order creation to insertion order execution.
- Maintain clear, responsive communication on compliance and scheduling.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and distribute sponsor copy points in Salesforce throughout the network.
- Create new orders and campaigns in Spotify’s podcast hosting platform.
- Create and send insertion orders via DocuSign.
- Reply to compliance-related emails in a timely manner.
- Coordinate schedule changes across the network.
- Finalize topline sponsor reporting, proving out quality of work.
- Perform other duties as necessary to achieve department goals.
- Must be proficient in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Compensation:
- Part-time and full-time roles available.
- Pay range: $25–$30 per hour based on skill and experience.
