As the Boston Celtics regular season has all but come to a close, Marcus Smart continues to dazzle and shine for the team, and has been impactful on both sides of the court. Boston’s longest tenured player has had a huge hand in much of Boston’s success, especially when it comes to the Celtics league-best defense.

Boston has continuously given other teams fits on defense, and Smart has been spearheading those efforts and making his presence known. While he’s always been known as a defensive stalwart, this season might be arguably the best on both sides of the ball.
