Bruce Brown was interviewed postgame after the Nets’ 141-126 win vs the Boston Celtics in Game 4 of their first-round matchup. Brown spoke about the Net’s bounce back win and the fan who threw a water bottle at Kyrie Irving.
Brown was asked about the Nets’ new mindset in Game 4 after falling to the Celtics in Game 3. This was his response: “I think we were just more physical… we didn’t let anything be easy for them… I think overall we did a good job.”
A fan at TD Garden threw a water bottle at Kyrie Irving after the game. Brown was asked about the situation and whether or not he saw what happened. This was his response: “No I didn’t see it… that shouldn’t be a part of this game… I think the person who did it should be banned… that can’t happen in any arena.” The fan was later arrested and banned from TD Garden for life.
